PURPOSE: A remote control system of a construction equipment and a remote control method thereof are provided to reduce the fatigue of an operator who is in a remote place.;CONSTITUTION: A remote control device(200) comprises a plurality of sensors(50,60,70), a remote control(80), and a remote wireless transceiver(81). The remote wireless transceiver wirelessly transmits the control angle of a bucket or the operation location of a construction equipment(210). The construction equipment comprises a work equipment including a boom, an arm, and a bucket and an upper part rotating portion.
