Smile fluid-based lab-test card is introduced. Card is used as a diagnostic test field (POC) analyzer. Test card is designed to receive a sample, and then quantify a specific substance in the sample or counting using a POC analyzer. Test card may include a number of layers. In one embodiment, the test card is surface filtration, including a primary separation chamber having a capture channel and particles detectors. Also, the test card includes a nanowire sensor. ;
