PURPOSE: A two-stage shopping cart is provided to prevent damage to goods since heavy goods are placed on the structure and weak goods are placed under the structure.;CONSTITUTION: A two-stage shopping cart comprises a guide line, a rotating unit, a latch and a support plate. In operation, an operating plate moves along the guide line. If the operating plate reaches a certain height, the rotating unit is located on the middle part of the guide line. The latch is attached to the lower part of the operating plate. If the operating plate reaches a certain height, the latch locks the rotating unit and the rotating plate slopes.
