PURPOSE: An analysis algorithm is in the monochromator and the analysis program is no need to be established separately in PC. Carrying the other products and coupling possible are made possible. And it can be expanded to the various industry device.;CONSTITUTION: An all-in-one micro type infrared spectroscopy analyzer of the folder/slide/bar type comprises a light source, a sample part, a detecting part, a photosensitive array, a SWP(Short Wave Pass), a screen, an analysis algorithm, an analysis part. The light source is formed into an infrared ray(IR) light source more than one. In the sample part, the oblique side is formed into the damping prism or the cell type of the triangular column shape coated the reflection barrier layer. The optical spectrum is created while the composite filter with high sensitivity about the wavelength band which the detecting part specifies installs. The photosensitive array sensitizes each wave for the spectrum detection of the detecting part. The SWP inserts to the filter for eliminating the harmonic noise due to the wave of the specific wave band extrinsic of the light source into the optimal position. The screen confirms the analysis process control of sample and real-time of the measurement data. Add-up and the analysis algorithm is made possible the low concentration analysis of the minimum amount of the sample element accumulated.
