PURPOSE: A reverse osmosis membrane with the superior boron eliminating performance is provided to improve the eliminating rate of boron and improve the eliminating rate of non-electrolytic organic compounds or non-ionic compounds.;CONSTITUTION: A reverse osmosis membrane is composed of a porous support and a polyamide layer. The polyamide layer is formed by interfacial polymerizing a multifunctional amine solution and a multifunctional acid halogen compound containing solution. The multifunctional acid halogen compound containing solution includes isophtaloylchloride substituted with C1 to C3 alkoxy.
