PURPOSE: A wire driving device is provided to effectively remove the scale which the height is irregular by reciprocating a wire up and down through the forward, backward and rotational movement.;CONSTITUTION: A wire driving device(100) comprises a main body(110), a wire rotating unit(120), a linearly moving unit(130) and a controller. The wire is led into one side of the main body and is led out from the other side. The wire rotating unit is rotatably installed in the main body inner side and rotates the inserted wire. The linearly moving unit moves the wire forward or back and is rotated by connecting with the rotation of the wire rotating unit.
