PURPOSE: A water depth control device of a towing trolley is provided to control the depth of a towing trolley by controlling the height of a towing trolley bottom part.;CONSTITUTION: A water depth control device of a towing trolley comprises a water-depth adjusting bottom(10), a guide assembly(20) and a lift wire. The lift wire is connected to the floor for the water-depth adjusting bottom. The lift wire pulls up or draws down to the floor for the water-depth adjusting bottom according to the guide assembly.
