PURPOSE: A chilled meat pressing device of a chilled meat slicer is provided to improve durability and hygiene of configuration members.;CONSTITUTION: A chilled meat pressing device of a chilled meat slicer comprises: a bracket(10) which supports a power transmission shaft; a first housing(11) which is pivotally installed around the power transmission shaft; a driving shaft(13) which is coaxially arranged on the power transmission shaft; a driven shaft(15) which is rotationally supported in the first housing; a second housing(17) in which an open end thereof is fixed by a cover; a first sprocket(18) which is supported in one side of the second housing; a second sprocket(19a) which is rotationally installed inside the other side of the second housing; and a chain(20) suspended between the first and second sprockets.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
