PURPOSE: A dynamic spectrum allocation method for a maritime communication network applying a spectrum reuse method is provided to enable a plurality of networks to share allocated spectrum and reuse some part of the spectrum.;CONSTITUTION: If a priority value by service class is not fixed(S106), the priority value by service class is updated with a short period average priority value(S112). A long time average priority is updated to a predetermined period(S114). It is requested to find and fix optimal priority value by each time slot. Each network operator reuses a spectrum by each service class considering the optimal priority value, requested bandwidth is allocated from one or more network managers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
