PURPOSE: A duo tank manufacturing method for a gas vehicle is provided that the duo tank simple and improving the storage capacity is offered, the manufacturing process of the duo tank can be simplified. According to the structure of the vehicles, by the main tank and plurality of sub tanks being interlinked and using the mirror plate of integrated, it seals tightly and the process cost can be reduced.;CONSTITUTION: A duo tank manufacturing method for a gas vehicle comprises the following steps. A first fuel movement opening(13) includes inside a first sub tank(20). The cut part of the first sub tank is welded in a main tank(10) and it clinches and a first assembly(29) is formed. A second fuel movement opening(23) includes inside the second sub tank. The cut part of the second sub tank is welded in the first sub tank and it clinches and the second assembly is formed.
