PURPOSE: An impedance and a noise property stimultaneous measurement system are provided to accurately measure a noise property such as an impedance property about a sensitive material like one-dimension nano wire.;CONSTITUTION: An electric signal supplier(110) sanctions a direct current electric signal and an alternating electricity signal of a plurality of frequencies which are established in advance to a measurement target. A response signal measurement part(120) measures the response signal of an electric signal which is sanctioned from the measurement target. An impedance property calculating part(130) calculates an impedance property of the measurement target from a phase and a side of the electric signal and the response signal. A noise property acquiring par(140) calculates electricity of the response signal about a noise frequency range which is fixed in advance and obtains noise electricity which is generated by the direct current electric signal among the electricity of the response signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
