PURPOSE: A food waste drying method and a water heating method are provided to prevent heat loss and to heat water by absorbing thermal energy which radiates to the lower part of a tripod. CONSTITUTION: A food waste drying method includes next steps. The gas is emitted from the lower part of a tripod which cooks the food of a gas oven. The circulating pump inhales the water from the service water tank and sends the water to a mixer. The hot water is supplied to a faucet after collected in a distributor. The water level of the service water tank installed in the food waste drier is decreased. The hot water is stably supplied since a water level control valve is operated.
