TWO-STAGE CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR IN WHICH IT IS EASY TO REDUCE THE THRUST OF A TWO-STAGE IMPELLER

PURPOSE: A two-stage centrifugal compressor is provided to reduce the loss of rotation driving force and the shaking of a two-stage impeller by preventing pressure difference and flow disturbance.;CONSTITUTION: A two-stage centrifugal compressor comprises a rotary shaft(12), a bearing(44), an oil slinger(46), a seal part(48), and an oil tank space. The rotary shaft is coupled with first-and second-stage impellers. The bearing is coupled to the rotary shaft in order to help smooth rotation of the rotary shaft. The oil slinger is arranged between the second-stage impeller and the bearing and coupled with the rotary shaft. The seal part is coupled to cover the exterior of the oil slinger. The oil tank space has a passage(50) for guiding a high-pressure source, which flows into the backside of the second-stage impeller, into the oil tank space.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
