PURPOSE: A poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT) - polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSA) compound layer and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the same are provided to prevent the deterioration of electrical properties due to thermal processing in laminated electrode manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion is manufactured by mixing 10 to 30 weight percent of ethylene-2,3-dioxythiophene(EDOT), 10 to 20 weight percent of polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSA), and 60 to 80 weight percent of water. A poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT) - PSSA water dispersible solution is manufactured by adding 5 to 20 weight percent of ammonium persulfate into the emulsion. A PEDOT-PSSA coating solution is manufactured by adding 1 to 10 weight percent of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and 1 to 5 weight percent of a silica surface processing agent into the PEDOT-PSSA water dispersible solution. The thickness of a PEDOT-PSSA complex layer is 200 to 800 nm.
