PURPOSE: A volatile organic compound gas detective device and a volatile organic compound sensing method using the same are provided to rapidly measure concentration of volatile organic compound gas by checking the change degree of spectral signals according to the discoloration of a color changeable layer.;CONSTITUTION: A volatile organic compound gas detective device comprises a gas chamber(100), a sensor(200), a light source(300), a light path(400), a measuring unit(500) and a display unit(600). A reflecting layer formed in the surface of the change color layer is the aluminum anodic oxide film and reacts to the volatile organic compound. The light source emits the light of the predetermined wavelength range. The light path emits the light emitted to aluminum anodic oxide film from the light source. The concentration of the volatile organic compound is sensed and measured to be indicated in the display unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
