PURPOSE: A foamed ceramics, a method for manufacturing the foamed ceramics, and an apparatus for manufacturing the foamed ceramics are provided to prevent the generation of plenty of greenhouse gas in manufacturing processes by implementing a foaming process at the room temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the foamed ceramics includes the following: A vegetable or animal foaming agent becomes an aqueous solution to be foamed. Ceramics powder, silicate, and additives are mixed with the foamed aqueous solution. The gelation of the silicate is generated to gelate the mixture. The gelated mixture is introduced into a mold. The mixture is dried and hardened in a foamed state. An apparatus for manufacturing the foamed ceramics includes a raw material tank(110), a raw material introducing unit(120), a micro-bubble generator(130), a mixing reactor(140), a quantitative introducing unit(150), and a mold(200).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
