PURPOSE: A collective vehicle management service system for companies and organizations and a vehicle management method thereof are provided to allow a user who belongs to a company or organization to easily rent a vehicle from the company or organization through a communication terminal.;CONSTITUTION: According to the position of a member, a reservation management unit(420) determines the status of available vehicles. A vehicle allocation management unit(430) allocates a vehicle to a person who requests the rental of a vehicle. A return processing unit(490) obtains the driving information of a return-requested vehicle from a vehicle terminal.
