A terminal combination structure for a personal portable terminal and a combination method thereof are provided to overlap and combine connecting units each other where a connecting member and a through hole are formed to combine a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a keypad PCB electrically, thereby increasing the connecting intensity of a connected part and improving electrically good supporting power for a contact point. A terminal combination structure for a personal portable terminal comprises the followings: a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(150) which has a first connecting unit; and a keypad PCB(100) which transmits the press signal of a keypad and has a second connecting unit(110). At least one through hole is formed between a first connecting unit(160) and the second connecting unit, and the main PCB and the keypad PCB are electrically connected through a connecting member penetrating the through hole.
