PURPOSE: An amphibious boat is provided to minimize the impact applied to the boat when driving on a road by installing first and second wheels driven by a hydraulic motor on both tail and head part of the boat.;CONSTITUTION: An amphibious boat comprises a first fix body, a second fixed body, a first connecting part, a second connecting part, a first buffer part(60) and a second buffer part(70).
