PURPOSE: A pulling exercise device for spine correction and waist pain relief is provided, which prevents danger of a safety accident in advance and reduces total volume and weight of a product. CONSTITUTION: A pulling exercise device for spine correction and waist pain relief comprises: a base(110); a bed(120) which is hinge-coupled with one side of the base upper side and is rotatable around a hinge at constant angle; a bed support stand(130) installed at the central upper side of the base in order to support the bed; a foot fixing unit(140) locating between the base and bed; and a bed slope adjustment unit installed between the base and bed.
