The present invention relates to functional pajamas. More specifically, the present invention relates to functional pajamas which can be worn on the human body to assist in maintaining an upper body posture of the human body. The present invention discloses functional pajamas (10) for maintaining an upper body posture of the human body, which comprises: a posture support unit (100) in which a vertebral support area (102) for supporting a vertebral part of the human body and a scapula support area (104) for supporting a scapula part of the human body are formed; and a wearing unit (200) coupled with the posture support unit (100) and fixed in position and worn on the human body.
