INSULATION FIXTURE WITH AN IMPROVED STRUCTURE USING A FIXING CAP AND A FIXING NAIL

PURPOSE: An insulation fixture with an improved structure is provided to easily separate a fixing nail from a form and to improve the coupling force between a concrete slab and a fixing cap.;CONSTITUTION: An insulation fixture with an improved structure comprises a fixing nail(10) and a fixing cap(20). The fixing nail is formed in a linear shape. A pointed end(11) is formed in the bottom end of the fixing nail. The fixing cap is composed of a synthetic resin material and is embedded in a concrete slab. A nail insertion hole, in which the fixing nail is inserted, is formed in the fixing cap. Anchor plates(22,22') and push plates(23,23') are formed on the outer surface of the fixing cap.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
