PURPOSE: A profile checking method for improving the accuracy of an aviation surveying system using a laser is provided to ensure high reliability of measurement data by repeating recorrection of measurement data in consideration of data difference according to measurement date or environment. CONSTITUTION: A profile checking method for improving the accuracy of an aviation surveying system using a laser is as follows. A absolute coordinate factor and a measured point factor corresponding to the absolute coordinate are compared and a correction value for a LIDAR system is decided(S70). Aviation laser data is created by applying the initial system correction value(S92). The aviation laser measurement data of an aircraft calculated according to flight course is inspected(S94). A laser measurement error on the aviation of the aircraft is computed and a factor adjustment value is produced(S96). The final correction value is determined by applying the factor adjustment value to the correction value(S98). The final aviation laser data is determined by applying the final correction value to the aviation laser data(S100).
