AIR EJECT APPARATUS FOR EJECTING COAL COLLECTED WITH IMPROVED EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A pneumatic conveyor system for improving transfer efficiency of collected coals is provided to secure a smooth dust treatment and to prevent dust from scattering again by moving forward and backward an ejector nozzle according to the amount of dust. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic conveyor system for improving the transfer efficiency of collected coals is composed of opening and closing dampers(38,39) mounted at a delivery pipe(14) connected with the lower side of a dust discharge pipe(29) of a dust hopper to open and close horizontally; a movable ejector nozzle(48) installed in the rear side of the opening and closing damper and embedded in system cases(16,17) extended from the delivery pipe to move forward and backward; an air injection pipe(46) inserted into the movable ejector nozzle; air nozzle pipes(19,20) linked to the dust discharge pipe which penetrates the upside of the system case; and position sensors(61,62,63) for detecting the amount of dust contained in the dust hopper and moving forward and backward the movable ejector nozzle according to the amount of the dust.
