CHARGE SENSITIVE AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT, CAPABLE OF COMPENSATING FOR A DC LEAKAGE CURRENT BY EFFECTIVELY REMOVING A LEAKAGE CURRENT FROM A PHOTO DIODE, AN X-RAY DETECTION IC CIRCUIT THEREOF, AND AN X-RAY SENSOR
PURPOSE: A charge sensitive amplifier circuit, an X-ray detection IC circuit thereof, and an X-ray sensor are provided to reduce deviations of a driving current between each pixel by reducing the change of the driving current according to the change of a process, a driving voltage, and temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A charge sensing circuit includes a unit pixel photo diode(11), an operational amplifier(12), a feedback capacitor, and a feedback resistor. A ground voltage is applied to the positive terminal of the operational amplifier. One end of the feedback capacitor is connected to the negative terminal of the operational amplifier. The other end of the feedback capacitor is connected to the output terminal of the operational amplifier. The feedback resistor is connected to the feedback capacitor in parallel. A charge is accumulated in the feedback capacitor connected to the negative terminal of the operational amplifier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
