PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high stretching worsted-like fabric is provided to implement good stretch property of fiber with high sensitivity, and to produce products with quick responses countermeasures. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing high stretching worsted-like fabric includes a step for arranging and weaving warp, weft, or the warp and the weft to interlaced yarns, and a step for stretching the weaved fabric. The method for manufacturing the interlaced yarns includes the following steps of: dividing interlace yarn Chesses gained by interlacing draw textured filament and spin-draw filament to the amount of 500~750 g/cone; setting interlace cone in 80C~100C for 30~50 minutes; and dehydrating the interlace cone which is dyed under vacuum environment at a temperature of 110C~130C for 30~40 minutes.
