Pollution-free extract sap and dried foods using agricultural products and manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: A producing method of non-polluted extraction sap and dried food using agricultural products is provided to offer the unique taste of medical herbs including ginseng to the extraction sap. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of non-polluted extraction sap and dried food using agricultural products comprises the following steps: inserting the agricultural products inside a drier after washing and cutting(S1); cold air-drying at 0~28deg C the agricultural products to evaporate the moisture(S3); hot air-drying the agricultural products at 20~70deg C(S4); and repeating the drying processes to obtain the extraction sap, by condensing the moisture evaporated from the agricultural products(S6).
