PURPOSE: An apparatus for culturing water fleas for testing water toxicity is provided to easily separate neonate water fleas and grown water fleas without damage to human body. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for culturing water fleas for testing water toxicity comprises: a first container(20) having a space of which side wall and bottom is closed; a second container(30) having plural first separation holes having a size that only neonate water fleas can pass through; and a third container(40) of which upper portion is opened and which has plural second separation holes of size that grown water fleas cannot pass. The first separation hole is integrally formed in the second container. The first separation hole is separably coupled to the second container. The first or second container is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, or acryl.
