Thermocouple and gas sealing device to measure the inner temperature of furnace

PURPOSE: A thermocouple assembly and a gas sealing device for measuring inner temperature of a smelting furnace are provided to continuously measure temperature of a smelting furnace by sealing the thermocouple assembly with different diameters. CONSTITUTION: A thermocouple assembly(200) comprises a thermocouple, an adapter(206), a protective tube(211), and a protective tube cap(210). The thermocouple is made of a nickel alloy material. The adapter is filled with a ceramic material. The protective tube protects the thermocouple. The protective tube cap is formed in the front end of the protective tube in a triangular pyramid shape. The outer surface of the protective tube is coated with a nickel-tungsten alloy material with excellent abrasion-resistance.
