Appratus and method for generating the midterm image frame without error using global motion vector

摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating a midterm image frame without error using a global motion vector naturally displaying the image are provided to increase the power consumption efficiency without generating unnecessary midterm image. CONSTITUTION: A motion information conversion unit(114) converts motion information by inputting the extracted motion. A video codec(113) extracts motion information of a bundle-branch block. The video codec generates midterm image by applying the motion information after inputting the motion information. A controller(111) calculates global motion information based on the extracted motion information.
