ODD DIVIDER WITH 50 PERCENT DUTY

PURPOSE: An odd divider having 50 percent duty for reducing the consumption of the energy is provided to implement accurate division by having odd dividing ratios and duty ratios according to up/down edge count setting value. CONSTITUTION: A first operation unit(40) generates a first operation signal and a second operation signal by NOR operation of a second count signal of a rising edge counter(30). A logic unit(50) generates the first signal of a level transited from the rising edge of the first operation signal and the second signal of a level transited from the falling edge of the first operation signal. A second logic operation unit generates the second operation signal by an exclusive OR operation.
