The present invention relates to a simultaneous refolding and reconstitution of recombinant Bax inhibitor -1 (BI-1) from within FOCE (inclusion body) expressed in E. coli. Functional analysis showed that as a result proteosome liposomes (proteoliposome) is reacted in an acid environment is obtained and causing the release of Ca 2+ from the liposomal inclusion. Circular dichroism spectroscopy (Circular Dichoism) secondary structure of the reconstructed BI-1 was determined by the increase and decrease of the random demonstrated α- helix structure of the content upon exposure to the acidic environment.
