The present invention relates to soluble overexpression of biologically active recombinant human EC-SOD in Escherichia coli and a method for purifying the biologically active recombinant human EC-SOD in Escherichia coli. The recombinant expression vector comprises: a solubility enhancing tag; a gene which codes extracellular superoxide dismutase (EC-SOD) or a gene which codes EC-SOD in which C-terminal heparin binding domain (HBD) is cut (HBD truncated EC-SOD; EC-SODHBD). In addition, the present invention provides: microbes recombinated by a recombinant expression vector; a method for producing human EC-SOD recombinant protein (rhEC-SOD) or human EC-SODHBD recombinant protein (rhEC-SODHBD); and human EC-SOD recombinant protein (rhEC-SOD) or human EC-SODHBD recombinant protein (rhEC-SODHBD) produced by the production method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
