PURPOSE: A greenhouse gas-clean air policy support system and a method thereof are provided to accurately collect each kind of data for calculating the emission amount of air pollutants and green-house gas in order to ensure the reliability of data when calculating the emission amount. CONSTITUTION: A database server(200) includes a DB(201) which includes the information on the place which emits air-pollutant or green-house gas. If basic data collection request is inputted by an operator terminal(100), a management server(300) searches from the database of a CAPSS(Clean Air Policy Support System) the information on the emission sources of the air-pollutants or green-house gas in real time. The management server searches from the database of an SEMS(Stack Emission Management System) the activity information and the facility information on the emission concentration of air-pollutants or the emission amount in real time.
