PURPOSE: A water purifying filter for a water purifier and the water purifier using the same are provided to correctly recognize a replace period of a filter and contamination of the filter, and to freely adjust the amount of water. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying filter for a water purifier comprises the following: a filter housing(210) in which a purification filter(202) is bui a raw water inlet(FI4) which is a pipe extended from the filter housing or a hole penetrated from the one side of the filter housing; a purified water outlet; a flange(250) formed on one side of the filter housing pressing the exterior of the outlet and the inlet; and a bypass path(242) connecting the inlet and the outlet.
