Method for data saving of file system based nand flash memory

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for storing data in a NAND flash memory based file system is provided to temporally store a storage target file at a buffer queue. CONSTITUTION: A user application is started up. If the data which are supposed to be stored at a NAND flash memory(S101), the storage data are transferred from the user application unit to a data storage daemon(S103). The storage data are temporally stored at the data storage daemon(S105), and the storage data temporally stored at the NAND flash memory are re-stored at the storable point of time that the NAND flash memory can store data(S109,S111,S115).
