PURPOSE: A direct cooling and washing device of high pressure and high temperature liquid dyeing machine is provided to reduce consumption of cooling water by directly using a cooling method, and to improve productivity of products. CONSTITUTION: A direct cooling and washing device of high pressure and high temperature liquid dyeing machine comprises the following: a cold water circulation pipe(200) circulating cold water when a high pressure pump(100) and a cold water supply are blocked; a cooling water supply control valve 1(300) controlling the cold water to be circulated in a waste water storage tank; a cold water supply control valve(400); a waste water storing tank(500) formed to dual industrial structure; a water level measuring machine(600) measuring a salt brine water level; a waste water discharge control valve(700); and a waste liquid discharge pipe(800).
