APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR AUTOMATICALLY ROUTING PROTOCOL COMMUNICATION AMONG DIFFERNT AD-HOC NETWORKS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically routing protocol communication among different ad-hoc networks is provided to automatically interlink a backbone ad-hoc network and local ad-hoc network using different ad-hoc routing protocol. CONSTITUTION: A routing information interworking processing module(406) is included in a gate-way node. The routing information inter-working module connects the IP address base routing information and the data link address base routing information. The IP address base routing information uses the internet layer ad-hoc routing protocol of the backbone network. The data link address base routing information uses the intranet layer ad-hoc routing protocol of the local network.
