PURPOSE: A device and a method for estimating 3 dimensional structures which fused an optical flow and a stereo matching are provided to reduce search range of a disparity and an optical flow and improve calculation speed and accuracy by calculating exact corresponding point in real as using current frame and estimated corresponding points and a disparity predictability value. CONSTITUTION: A register(140) stores a disparity and an optical flow. A time update unit(130) calculates an optical flow value of each left-sided image of a parent node. A measured value updating unit(120) updates the register by calculating a disparity and an optical flow.
