PURPOSE: A method for cultivating sea cucumber and abalone seeds is provided to efficiently use a farming space due to a mixing mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for cultivating sea cucumber and abalone seeds comprises: a process(401) of arranging a plurality of breeding facilities in each compartment of a water tub filled with sea water; a process(403) of producing desmid in wave plate; a process(405) of cultivating larva of sea cucumber and abalone; a process(407) of leaving the cultivated larva of sea cucumber and abalone in the corresponding compartment of the water tub; and a process(409) of throwing the larva of sea cucumber and abalone in the corresponding compartment of the water tub.
