PURPOSE: A household sound sleep bed is provided to promote circulation of air and blood in user's body by forming an empty space in a region of the bed that comes into contact with user's body. CONSTITUTION: A household sound sleep bed comprises: an angle control plate(90) having height and length; a plurality of supporting plates located in the upper part of the angle control plate; a cushioning portion installed at the upper part of the supporting plate; cylinders for elevation which are respectively installed in the upper part of the angle control plate in order to support the bottom of the supporting plate and moves the supporting plate up and down; and a cover(50) covering the angle control plate, supporting plate, cylinders for elevation, and cushioning portion.
