A jig for charging and discharging of a secondary battery is provided to minimize a damage of a battery cell due to heat generated in charging and discharging processes. A jig(100) for charging and discharging of a secondary battery includes a first member(20) and a second member(30). An upper electrode terminal and a lower electrode terminal are positioned in the first member and the second member, respectively when a battery cell is mounted. The members are varied in a lengthwise direction of the battery cell. End portions of the first member and the second member are variably overlapped with each other in a variable joint.
