PURPOSE: A lifting and moving device of a temporary structure of a side span for a bridge, and a construction method of a side span using the same are provided to easily, safely, and rapidly install a side span of a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A lifting and moving device of a temporary structure of a side span for a bridge comprises a fixed frame(12), a moving frame(14), a lifting device(34), and a conveying device. The fixed frame is installed between the end of a cantilever(6) and the top of piers(100). The moving frame is movably installed in the top of the fixed frame. The lifting device is formed in the moving frame, and lifts a bracket(200) for placing a side span. The conveying device transfers the moving frame so that the lifted bracket is transferred to a part in which the piers are installed.
