PURPOSE: A compound in which a coupling group with a substituent is bonded to a triphenyl derivative having a deuterium-substituted phenyl group is provided to ensure excellent efficiency increase of an organic electronic device, the lowering of driving voltage, and stability and lifetime improvement.;CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, D is deuterium; a is an integer of 1~5; R1~R2 are one or more selected from the group consisting of halogen atom, aryl group of nucleus carbon number 5~60, alkyl group of carbon number 1~60, alkoxy group of carbon number 1~60, aryloxy group of nucleus carbon number 5~60, arylthio group of nucleus carbon number 5~60, alkoxycarbonyl group of nucleus carbon number 5~60, and amino group substituted with aryl of nucleus carbon number 5~60, halogen atom, cyano group, nitro group, hydroxyl group or carboxylic group; b~c are an integer of 1~4; L is arylene group of nucleus carbon number 5~40, heteroarylene group of nucleus atom number 5~60, divalent or trivalent aliphatic hydrocarbon; and d is an integer of 0~3.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
