PURPOSE: A control system of a heating device for preventing the freezing of a pipe is provided to supply the stable voltage and to prevent excessive initial maneuvering electric current. CONSTITUTION: A control system of a heating device for preventing the freezing of a pipe comprises a heating cable(10), a power supply unit(20), and an automatic voltage regulator. The heating cable is fixed to side of the piping and supplies heat to the piping. The power supply unit supplies the voltage to the heating cable and is connected with the heating cable. An automatic voltage regulator supplies start current to the heating cable after power source is transmitted. A temperature sensing part senses the side temperature of the piping or the outdoor air temperature. A voltage conversion part is connected to the voltage comparison controller and controls the voltage supplied according to the output amount.
