PURPOSE: A loosening prevention apparatus for a railway switch is provided to reduce product costs by minimizing components and to simply perform the assembly and disassembly of fixing and rotating members. CONSTITUTION: A loosening prevention apparatus for a railway switch comprises a fixing member(200), a rotating member(300), and a fastening member(400). The fixing member is inserted into a switch adjuster(100) and has a rotary control protrusion(230). The rotating member is coupled to the inside the fixing member and has a rotation control unit(330). The rotation control unit has multiple rotation control grooves(340) and can be coupled and separated to/from the rotation control protrusion. The fastening member prevents the fixing member from becoming separated from the switch adjuster.
