PURPOSE: An apartment house and a parking tower are provided to secure a unit parking space of each household by installing a connecting passage between the apartment house and the parking tower. CONSTITUTION: An apartment house and a parking tower comprise an entrance and exit section(100), a unit residence section(200), a parking tower section(400), and a connecting passage(300). The entrance and exit section comprises a lift and an outer entrance door(120). The unit residence section is a real living space. A vehicle lift(410) and extra parking lot are installed in the parking tower section. The connecting passage connects the nit residence section and the parking tower section.
