Norovirus standardized positive control and Norovirus detecting kits being provided with RNA transcripts thereof

PURPOSE: A norovirus detection kit having a norovirus positive control and RNA transcript is provided to accurately and quickly detect norovirus and hepatitis A virus. CONSTITUTION: A novovirus positive control group has a sequence of hepatitis A virus VP1/2A gene in a base sequence of capsid gene. The norovirus capsid gene is PCR product amplified by a primer pair for detecting GI group of sequence number 1 and 2, or a primer pair for detecting GII group of sequence number 4 and 5. A detection kit for norovirus contains a primer pair for detecting norovirus GI or GII group having bases of sequence numbers 1 and 2 or 4 and 5, and norovirus positive control group RNA transcript.
