PURPOSE: Omega-3 perilla frutescens tea and a producing method thereof are provided to enable eaters to easily drink the perilla frutescens tea with the excellent nutrition effect.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of omega-3 perilla frutescens tea comprises the following steps: washing perilla frutescens leaves and perilla frutescens seeds; separately drying the washed perilla frutescens leaves and perilla frutescens seeds(S100); roasting the dried perilla frutescens leaves at 300~400deg C for 1~2minutes, and crushing and cooling(S110); roasting the dried perilla frutescens seeds at 90~110deg C for 7~8minutes, and cooling(S120); mixing 85~90wt% of cooled perilla frutescens leaf powder, and 10~15wt% of perilla frutescens seeds(S130); and inserting the mixture into a tea bag(S140).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
