Stiffness Generation Apparatus Using Magnetorheological Fluid on Reaction upon External Force, Apparatus Providing Passive Haptic Feedback Using the Same, Micromini Moving Device Using the Same and Control Method

摘要

PURPOSE: A stiffness generation apparatus using magnetorheological fluid on reaction upon external force, an apparatus for providing passive haptic feedback using the same, a micromini moving device using the same and a control method are provided to measure the strength of external force by using the inductance variation resulting from electromagnetic induction. CONSTITUTION: An elasticity providing unit(40) provides elastic force to a pressing plate(20). Through the inductance variation resulting from electromagnetic induction, the elasticity providing unit generates an electric signal. A measurement unit measures the strength of an external force, and a yoke(60) is formed inside a housing(10). A magnetic field application unit(70) applies a magnetic field to a magnetorheological fluid.
